**These hotels have not shuttle bus, but there is a train station 5minutes walking. The trip from this train station to the conference venue (UAM) takes 30 minutes.
A number of Hotels rooms have been blocked to guarantee accommodation for Aims 2014 participants. Hotel rooms with special conference rates have to be booked online hotel reservation form.
Rooms are available between July 7 and July 11, 2014.
If you plan to arrive earlier than July 7 , 2014 or to leave later than July 11, 2014 please select your hotel and book the available period via the online hotel reservation form. For your additional

For a guaranteed hotel reservation a credit card is essential! All costs for accommodation and extras must be paid directly at the hotel when checking out. Once Technical secretariat confirms reception
of payments, the participant will receive the confirmation voucher. Please, check it carefully. Payment of total amount of reservation is required.
Areco is the official AIMS 2014 hotel handling agent. Therefore, please do not contact hotels directly for any changes, cancellations or payments and address all inquiries regarding accommodations to:

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writting to: technicalsecretariat@icmat.es
Cancellations made before March 1st, 2014 will have full refund, minus 50 € for handling fees.
· Cancellations made between March 1st and June 1st, 2014 will be charged with first night penalty.
· Cancellations made between June 1st and June 20th, 2014 will be charged with 50% of the total amount of hotel reservation.
· No refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 21st, 2014, or confirmed rooms for participants who fail to attend.
· In case of no-show the hotel will automatically cancel the room at 9 am of the following day and will make no reimbursement.
· After June 1st, 2014 no name changes will be accepted. Any name change after this date will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be made
· Corresponding refunds will be made from September 1st, 2014 onwards.
