Extended Conference Deadlines:

Abstracts Submission: March 31,    Pre-registration: March 31 

Speaker Registration/Payment Deadline: Friday, March 31.

If speakers are not registered and have not paid the registration fee by this date, the speaker will be notified that the presentation will be removed from the program. Any change to the presenting author must also be made by this date.

Registration Fees:

By March 31:       Regular: $360    Student: $180

After March 31:    Regular: $460    Student: $230

Conference will provide all registered participants: 

• ● Lunch daily
• ● Morning and afternoon coffee/refreshments daily
• ● T-Shirt

If you paid your registration fee for conference 2020 without refund you don't need to pay for conference 2023.

 

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:


All refund requests for cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to lux@uncw.edu. A refund of your paid registration fees will be made according to the following deadlines and amounts.


On or before April 30, 2023: Full refund, subject to a 5% credit card charge or a subtraction of the bank wiring fees if applicable.


After April 30, 2023, no refund.




University Housing Payment:

Final Due Day: Friday 5/12
Deadline for Cancellation/Refund:  Friday, 5/12. Refund will be subject to 5% credit card charge.
