Instructions for Presentations

Uploading Slides and Format
At the conference site, each room is equipped with a computer, directly connected to a screen. Participants are able to upload their presentation in pdf or PowerPoint,   directly onto the computer with a USB flash drive.
Using Personal Computers
Alternatively, participants have the option to connect their personal laptop directly to the projector with an HMDI connection. For this option, participants need to bring their own suitable adapter to ensure that their computer can be connected to the HDMI cable.
Checking your talk
It is advised that you check your talk on the computer, in the conference room that you will be giving your talk. You can do that in a break or half an hour before the beginning of the conference each day. Find one of our Tech Team to help you.
Technical Assistance
A QR will be provided so that you can scan it and directly message via WhatsApp  the Tech Team for any problem that you encounter. In case you don’t have WhatsApp, one of the volunteers will be able to use it for you to call for technical assistance.
Laser Pointers
Laser pointers will not be available. However, participants can connect their own device to the computer.
