Instructions for Poster Session

● Please report to the registration desk on Wednesday before 12:00 and inform the conference secretariat that you have a poster to hang.
● You can hang your poster on the poster board, only with pins, which will be provided to you by the conference secretariat. No double sided tape is allowed to be used to the boards.
● SIZE: The poster must be no larger than portrait A0 (840mm × 1100mm) (2.7592ft wide x 3.6089ft high).
● TITLE: The title should reflect the content of the poster and match the abstract submission.
● CONTACT INFORMATION: Do not forget to include the name, organization, and e-mail address of the corresponding author on the poster. The affiliations of any co-authors should also appear on the poster.
● Your name will be on the poster board dedicated to your poster presentation, so that you can locate it .
